Yoga served as my personal anchor throughout my pregnancy, during the birth, and in the early years of motherhood. It provided me with strength, balance, and a sense of peace amid changes and challenges. 

I am honoured to guide pregnant and postnatal women through this deeply personal and life-changing journey. My teachings focus on breathing practices that cultivate inner confidence, clarity, and calm, alongside poses that promote nourishment, comfort and strength.

The focus is not only on achieving a natural birth, but working toward an empowering journey of conscious choices. I aim to guide you through the many choices during pregnancy, labour, and early motherhood, ensuring you feel informed and in control at every stage. Together, we can craft a positive and fulfilling experience that aligns with your vision for your birth.


I offer private, tailored yoga sessions designed to support women throughout pregnancy and after childbirth. Each class is carefully adapted to your individual needs, helping to improve strength, flexibility, and posture while promoting relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Whether you’re preparing your body for birth or gently rebuilding strength postpartum, these sessions provide a safe, nurturing space to focus on your physical recovery and mental wellbeing.
