I spent many years living and working in London as a trained actress. With a background in dance, I was naturally drawn to the graceful movements and creative sequencing of Vinyasa Yoga. Having experienced persistent back pain in my teens, I was immediately captivated by the idea of building strength and flexibility without forcing my body.

As my practice deepened, I began to realise that yoga was so much more than movement. It became a space for stillness and self-connection - a way to turn inward and find grounding amidst the chaos of daily life.

After a few years of juggling two very different careers, I realised that yoga simply made me happier than the acting world ever did. I completed my teacher training in London in 2013, then headed to the beautiful Palolem Beach in Goa, India, to teach. Six months later, I came home with a suitcase full of harem pants, plenty of stories, and a lot of teaching experience that shaped the way I share yoga today.

My teaching style is rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. My classes blend mindful movement with conscious breathing, building both strength and flexibility in a dynamic yet unhurried way. I aim to create a motivating, lighthearted atmosphere where students can explore their practice with curiosity and confidence.

With many years of teaching experience, I aim to make each class welcoming for beginners, while still offering enough challenge for more experienced yogis. Every session is a well-rounded practice, with options to take it gently or to build a good sweat - depending on how you feel that day. (Find out more about my group classes here)

Since becoming a mother, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the power of yoga during pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. This inspired me to further my training in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga so I can support and empower women through every stage of their journey. (Learn more about Pre & Postnatal Yoga here)

After having my third baby, I felt inspired to explore ways of sharing yoga with my own children. This led me to complete further training in Children’s Yoga, followed by a specialised course in Yoga for Special Needs. (Learn more about Children’s Yoga here)

I’m constantly inspired by the energy, dedication, and openness of my students - they remind me why I love teaching. I continue to learn, train, and study so I can keep growing as both a teacher and a student, and share yoga from a place of genuine experience, awareness, and care. My training and courses are as follows:

Pregnancy Yoga - Yoga London

Postnatal Yoga - Yoga Mama
